Icon request: language about feather

I've completed the icon, however at such a small resolution, detail is quite difficult, so both 文 and A look blurred....

Will need @colebemis's opinion before merging this one.

Most icons in Feather tend to have a bit of padding around the edge so I couldn't make it too big. I can try to make a larger version though.

Feather requires Stroke Widths to be 2px in width and 2px rounded, so this already makes it difficult. I can't really up the width without breaking style... @colebemis Thoughts?
