@greatcat19 Have you figured it out? I have the same issue. Problem is, i only get this behavior on CI/CD pipeline. On my local it always works. Do you have any idea what can be wrong?

I also had this problem when I upgraded my xcode to 14.1 and fastlane to 2.212.2. It's weird that CI got stuck, but using the same cmd manually in terminal work well.

Finally, I found a solution to this problem by following these steps:
- Install Transporter.app from the App Store
- Specify env variable in your Fastfile:
ENV["FASTLANE_ITUNES_TRANSPORTER_USE_SHELL_SCRIPT"] = "1"
ENV["FASTLANE_ITUNES_TRANSPORTER_PATH"] = "/Applications/Transporter.app/Contents/itms"
