[0.4] Write docs for React.props about react

Granted, this is a placeholder for a todo you already have in mind, but what exactly are you looking for regarding documentation?

Adding a page saying that you can write the following code

React.createClass({
  props: {
    someNumber: React.Props.
  }
})
