Odd why this happens, as it should be native behavior here

Seems like this is an odd thing on Macs. The offset of the next line IS the end of line (strange right?), but somehow the browser/system is rendering it with an adjustment. This can be seen by pressing right once more, which makes it jump an extra character (this happens in all apps on Mac, not just Chrome or Outline). I have a fix for it anyway.
