is the access token you get are still the same?
from facebook-ios-sdk.
BTW, are you using the demoApp or your own app? I did not see this repro. So if you do not hit log out, just quit the app, your credentials should still be there. make sure you click the logout button, make your logout button actually associate with the logout function in Facebook.m

I'm having a logout issue as well, though it may be a separate issue. When I call [facebook logout:self] in my code, I get the message "Failed to expire the session".
from facebook-ios-sdk.
Can you put a break point at FBRequest.m, in the function parseJsonResponse, check what is the response really is?
Thanks

The problem has stopped - I'm not sure what changed or why it's working now, but I can't reproduce the problem any more.

Thanks for letting me know.

I'm getting this same behavior as well, but only on my device. The simulator works fine. Also, the Run Demo app behaves the same, working fine in the simulator and funky (as described above) on my device.
Could this be related to cookie management on the device perhaps?
from facebook-ios-sdk.
Looks like the cookies are being properly deleted when I do the logout, however, when the app loads back up the cookies are back, hence the non-requirement to log back in.
