You need to migrate your test app to the new data permissions: see discussion here http://github.com/facebook/facebook-android-sdk/issues/closed#issue/7

OK great. I'll ask for some server-side changes to prevent this from happening to non-migrated apps (although all apps will be migrated eventually) and to provide some better debugging information in the dialog.
