XcodeVersioner fails to load DVTFoundation about recipes-for-autopkg

I am having a similar error and therefore likely the cause is the same. I also run AutoPkg (via AutoPkgr) on macOS 10.13.6. The error produced by AutoPkgr is as follows

However I am looking for a fix. I use the same Mac mini hosting autopkg for other tasks which currently require features in the matching Server.app for 10.13.6 so cannot upgrade it. The only other option would be to buy an additional Mac mini just for AutoPkg which whilst possible is rather wasteful.

@nmcspadden If you are at all able to fix this it would be much appreciated.

I can't repro this - seems like with all of the various moves to Python 3 and such, this seems to have fixed itself.
