0.1.4 was a bad release, and we've removed it from PyPI. We're working on fixing it and getting the new version up shortly, but in the meantime, you can either 1) install version 0.1.3 or 2) install the latest version, following the instructions here: https://github.com/facebook/Ax#latest-version

I still ran into this issue while adapting tutorials/closed_loop_botorch_only.ipynb, I follows the mitigation steps at https://github.com/facebook/Ax#latest-version but still no avail. Should I just try logging an issue against botorch
