As raised in the past this should use stroke projection logic

It needs to be taken in account that precise svg positioning today rely on that.
getBoundsOfCurve takes in account a dimensionless invisible line and its job is to find the bounds of a path object with strokeWidth: 0 for internal measurements.

As first step we should remove it from the public api and move it to internals.

I do think that if you use the path object to the size of that curve you are far more near to the correct resul, i don't see any stroke issue there that wouldn't work good enough with the actual logic.

How does it looks like when that curve becomes a path?
