Ah yes! If you are able to do something like this:

const schema = v.pipe(
  v.object({
    name: v.pipe(v.string())
  });
);

const refinedSchema = v.pipe(schema, v.custom(...));

Then that'd be great - if I am understanding the proposal correctly.
