installation guide about acrarium

This is currently in an early stage of development, but if you want to try it:

1. checkout the repository
2. run gradlew build on the top level
3. deploy the generated acra.war to your java server (e.g. tomcat)
4. Access it under your.host.com/acra

Or for local testing

1. checkout the repository
2. run gradlew bootRun
3. Access it through the browser under localhost:8080

Note that the standard user is admin with password admin. If your instance is public, it is highly recommended to change that after the first launch.
