fyi to anyone who finds this issue, I found the solution which I may make a pull request for but who knows if it will be accepted. if you look through the docs you will find out the connection string for this plugin is outdated so here is the one you should replace it with: "Server=127.0.0.1; Database=openmod; Port=3306; User=root; Password=password". just replace the values
from economy.
