set(font="B") doesn't seem to work on TM81. about python-escpos

Hi zutesmog,

Seems like there was a logical error, and the fonts were reset to the default 
after set the font type and weight.

Code have been rewritten for that function, so I'll appreciate if you can give 
a try from the code on the repository.

Will check it out.

I have found a bunch of other problems, which I haven't got around to logging 
defects for.  Would you like separate defects (and fixes) for each different 
function or all just in one lot.  I only have a TM81 so can't vouch for 
anything else.

Think could be better to have them separated, so we can keep track of what is 
done and what not.
