Two-Fer exercise skips 2/3 tests with `xit` about typescript

It's documented in the HELP.md file that comes with the exercise:

Skipped tests

In the test suites all tests but the first have been skipped.

Once you get a test passing, you can enable the next one by changing xit toit.

So, yes, intentional. It's designed to help students follow test-driven design: write just enough code the get the test to pass, then enable the next test and repeat until all passing.
