Started some work on this. Made a CSS-file "common.css" that is now used in examples ble-ti-sensortag, ble-scam and ble-rssi.

Started work on making simple header row at top of example apps, having a back button (#51) and an app title.

Common stylesheet was created and header added to examples. See pull request #54.
Remaining to be done:
- Put documentation under separate page tab.
- Design work regarding colors and look of elements like buttons.

UI has been standardised and improved. This issue has therefore partly been solved. A new issue #63 regarding the remainder has been created.
