Feature-Request: Support for Apple HEIC Exif about imageplayground

SixLabors.ImageSharp that we use doesn't seem to support HEIC.

• There is Magick.NET https://github.com/dlemstra/Magick.NET which uses https://github.com/strukturag/libheif with support for HEIC
• There is https://github.com/0xC0000054/libheif-sharp which is used within HeyRed.ImageSharp.Heif, which also uses LIBHEIF I believe may or may not work.

The problem with Magick.NET is it's size - at least 40MB of libraries if not more to get it up and running. I am not sure it's worth the size to just support HEIC unless there would be a larger plan to support more features from it.

FOr the HeyRed.ImageSharp it would require testing what works, if at all.

It's great that you try. Would be great enhancement especially for the Mac users (and for me as all my iPhone pictures are HEIC and I have found no real module that supports it)

It's even bigger problem if it's supposed to be multiplatform ;p I was counting you want it on Windows ;p

For me windows is fine. Although using a raspberry pi with powershell,too 😂😂😂
