EVM profiling about ethermint

@davcrypto I think https://github.com/tharsis/ethermint/blob/main/starport.yml may need an update to turn on profiling by default
also, @yihuang is looking into profiling the node from @MaCong-crypto's benchmarking scripts

@fedekunze pprof server already running and using "localhost:6060" as default on Tendermint implementation
