What you figured out there took me awhile to figure out myself, but this one was on my to do list as I came across it awhile ago. I have the logic done for the years, it's just making sure it doesn't do the check too many times now - this one should be committed fairly soon I'd imagine.

You had mentioned it - I had just forgotten to include November for some reason...latest commit will detect Nov/Dec issues and act accordingly now.
