I haven't had time to look yet, but do you really need to generate events every ms (you have "eventFrequency":1)? That could be part of the problem (it can't keep up).

Hello andrewserff.

Yes, I do need that frecuency. I need to simulate a streaming rate. I've tried with >0ms values and everything was fine, except for this detail. I just need this generated values for completeness of my testings.

If it can't keep up, I'll need to change my generator system. Confirm me that if you can.

EDIT: I did a test with 1000ms eveny frequency and the result was 0.0 events generated, so I think the problem is not that it can't keep up.

I've investigated further and the logic behind the counter is wrong. Only if the frecuency is 1000 is shows "generated 1.0 events/s", even when thats not true. For now, I do not have the time to fix it, sorry about that.
