Please officially release 2.0 and update docs about evernote-sdk-js

Hi @bkniffler, I sympathize with your frustration and while I'm not an authoritative voice here, as I heard it's likely the SDK will get an update soon — at least the parts that are auto-generated from Thrift definitions, which are currently very outdated.

Hi @galtenberg, I'm sorry to hear about all the trouble and thanks for the heads up for the next release. I cannot give you any ETA but I think we would be able to release 2.0 and update the relevant docs once #71 has been addressed.

Is this going to happen any time? I'm experiencing the same, I've been loosing a lot of time with evernote SDK, there is much trial and error and uncomprehensive errors.
