xmldsig support about cbexigen

I tried generating the xmldsig schema from the config.py, but ran in some issues with the generator presuming an xs namespace alias, once I hacked around that (if 'xs' not in themap) the encoder for the SignedInfoType differred (something to do with the CName). Hacked around that too, but now I'm pretty hesitant to call it done and I haven't spent more time on it to test it properly yet.
Just an update. If anyone can jump into why the schema isn't generating with the current generator in any other way than like me pretending I know what's up, but I honestly don't have a clue why things are the way they are.

Looking at the encode fragments inside of the other generated encoders there seems to be one for xmldsig.
This means this is already covered then, albeit in a confusing way.
I'll close this issue, because what I need "exists" but do want to raise the issue if we really want to have this many duplicates of the xmldsig schema in other schemas' encoders/decoders.
