Hey, you can't connect to localhost directly from a docker container...this is a limitation of docker. There are workarounds though: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24319662/from-inside-of-a-docker-container-how-do-i-connect-to-the-localhost-of-the-mach

If you have the majority of the dependent services running outside of docker anyway, maybe the easiest approach would be to run Eventeum locally too?
