EUDAT-443: Align license label on the right about b2share

I had tremendous difficulty getting this to work. The blue 'i' buttons screwed up any formatting I wanted to do, so I had to replace them with a bootstrap tooltip, when hovering over the input fields. I still cannot get the tooltip to look the way I want (right aligned, styled), but at least the tooltips work, so I think are an improvement.

I was unable to get the fields lined up properly as well, until I used a

tag. It feels this is a bit hackish, but it seems to work, and it's the only way I can find to do what I want. I'm sure it can be done with CSS alone, but I was unable to figure it out.

Because of these problems, I don't want to close the issue, but maybe somebody else could look at them?
