Thank you for bringing up your concerns regarding the availability of the mDL specification in the ARF and your question about patent rights and other encumbrances.
Regarding the mDL specification, we currently do not intend to duplicate the ISO standard specifications for mDL in the ARF. However, where we may create a profile of the standard specifications, we would include that in the ARF. Thank you again for your feedback and contribution to our project.
