Can no longer update User Settings about user-lock-manager

Here is what Live Logs is reporting:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot get property 'code14' on null object @ line 372

Given that the code14 seems to be the problem, I tried changing number of users to 13 which then no longer showed code14 (the 14th user).

At that point, I was able to get into User Settings.

However, when I changed it back to something >= 14, it again is throwing the Java exception and not letting me into that screen.

So, there seems to be something about that user it doesn't like. The name has no special characters, the code was a simple 4-digit number. I did select 'Burn after one use' which I never use, but not sure if that would be the problem.

So now the problem is that I can't seem to enter a 14th user. By the way, I did have a 14th user before this one that was using the same slot. All I did today was change the user's name, the code, and the burn flag.
