Changes to themes are not saved. about e

I had a similar problem. Made changes to a theme and the next time I opened e up the changes were back to the original settings. When I looked at the themes there were two blackboard themes.

When I tried to switch to the modified theme nothing happened. On further investigation I found that there were two .tmTheme files.

One was in the 'C:\Documents and Settings[user]\Application Data\e\Themes' folder, the other was in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\e\Themes'

I took the following steps to rectify the situation

1. Created a new theme 'blackboard 2'
2. Opened both the blackboard.tmTheme file and blackboard 2.tmbundle from \Application Data\e\Themes folder
3. Deleted all the settings array from 'blackboard 2' and replaced it with the settings array from blackboard.
4. Closed e, opened e, switched themes.
