Distance Calculator on Circle tab - Need to add "Miles" as a choice in Rate section about distance-direction-addin-dotnet

@pshowalter @topowright @mcalamito we need to add "Yards" and "Miles". Also we need someone to determine how we want the rate to be entered. Do we want the Rate choices to be "Feet / sec" or "Feet" then another drop down for "sec", "hour", etc?

@jmccausland we need to address the missing types of miles and yards.

From my understanding we currently allow the user to choose the time and then the units for distance, which seems backwards. Do you think we should change this?

The existing interface functions to handle variety of cases, but not overly intuitive that units on Time, are going to be used for the Rate.

If the use cases were limited to a few time units, and a few "standard" rates, the tool could do some work for user and solve many. If the tool needs to handle a wider variety of Time/Rate cases, may need to stay as is.

Elapsed time: (what ever unit the user has received, seconds, minutes, hours, days)
Rate: (use standards [mph, kph, feet/sec, nautical miles/hr],
Q: what to do with less common variations? [feet/minute, yards/minute, yards/hour, miles/minute].
