When set to Diameter, circle is created with the center point click on the edge of the circle (I clicked "R" in "Redlands", and appears it may not be correct size; I requested diameter of 5,000 meters; resulting graphics fits in a box of ~6000 m x 6000 m. The larger circle was requested as a Radius of 5,000 m, and resulting graphic is 12,000 x 12,000.
