Enabling the ActiveMQ Broker for AMQP about activemq-for-geoevent

The transport in ActiveMQ for GeoEvent is based on an OpenWire JMS client library. It does support other transports besides basic tcp, including failover, but it's still OpenWire.

In order to with a broker that is using the amqp scheme in its transport connector, you would need a different client transport within GeoEvent. But note that the existing RabbitMQ connector does not use a compatible version of AMQP.

If the broker is configured with the auto transport, or to use tcp and amqp on different ports, you can use ActiveMQ for GeoEvent to connect to it while other clients use AMQP.

In follow-up, I think a transport providing AMQP 1.0 for GeoEvent would be possible, based on e.g. SwiftMQ AMQP 1.0 Client but as noted that would be out of the scope for ActiveMQ for GeoEvent.

@brudo and @LuisRguezEsriSpain Is there any news regarding this topic? I also have the requirement to use ActiveMQ with AMQP v1.0 in GeoEvent. And before starting a own development, I'd like to ask if you maybe has some code I can reuse. Thanks, Christine
