LoadingHUDView and UINavigationItem about monotouch-controls

Hi Maxim,

Indeed you have to handle that yourself. I usually leave the navigation
enabled, so the user can cancel the action that caused the loading. If you
prefer to do it yourself, I think you can try to put the loadingView in the
navigationController.view instead, but I haven't tried.

I use LoadingHUDView in relatively big view with scrollview and other
stuff. So I first think that is local issue. Next, I checked main demo of
controls - issue is here too. You can go to Controls view even wen
LoadingHUDView is showing.
