关于这个问题，比较建议从源头上解决，如果不好解决，那么可以考虑给name映射一个其他字段。

但是有一个问题就是，其他系统对接ldap的时候，会通过name字段的值来作为用户登陆的名字。

因为这个出现多音情况下，这边数据库 表username 又是唯一索引，会有异常报错的

正解，在关系管理里边，映射正确的邮箱字段是一个不错的解决方案
