Hi @ZEro07Seve Thanks for giving me the diags, that gives me quite a bit to go on. I suspect that your machine doesn't have the Python/PIP compiler requirements. These are something set by Python themselves.

The long story short is some packages have to be compiled/built on a per machine OR per Python environment basis and on Windows, for PIP to be able to compile a package for the machine, you need the Windows C++ compiler tools and the a Windows Software Development Kit.

I suspect if you install the above and run through the install one more time, it should compile the files up for you and all should be good. It can be hard to spot with everything flashing by on screen, but I think currently you will have an error something like this when you currently try to install:

Good sir, Thank you very much. it worked. i had Visual Studio 2017 allready installed and tought maybe that would still work...... again Thank you!!!
