This feature is waiting on #57 to avoid having to remake the interface for this functionality. #7 added the ability to specify the models needed so there is not technical roadblock.

Note that the addition of enw_expectation() greatly simplifies this. The remaining key question is how to deal with different orders (i.e 1st order, growth rate, etc)

Note work has started on this on feature-expectation. The major current trade-off is that I have dropped user settable orders so that the model is always a growth process. We may want to revisit this but it greatly simplifies implementation.
