VSnackbar component not found when using Vue Cli 3.0 about vuetify-toast-snackbar

Hi there,

Have to be import Vuetify, { VSnackbar, VBtn, VIcon } from 'vuetify/lib'
You either have to export these components from your ./plugins/vuetify or use vuetify/lib

[fnoop]

import Vue from 'vue'
import Vuetify, { VSnackbar, VBtn, VIcon } from 'vuetify/lib'
import VuetifyToast from 'vuetify-toast-snackbar'

Vue.use(Vuetify, {
  components: {
    VSnackbar,
    VBtn,
    VIcon
  }
})

Vue.use(VuetifyToast)

This doesn't work getting the same error as above. Using the standard vuetify webpack setup.
