Hello, @bartekupartek. This is related to #63 and #31. Currently, pixel data manipulation has to be done manually, by retrieving the necessary attributes and interpreting those as a complete image.

A better abstraction for looking at objects as images is planned, and is in my priority list after lazy loading (#1).

The new pixeldata API should now enable you to obtain an image value out of a DICOM object. Creating a thumbnail would amount to resizing the image afterwards. You may keep track of development around this crate in #125.

please if there is any solution provided kindly help me?

Hello @waleed51! Nowadays the DICOM-rs project encompasses a CLI tool which does just that! See dicom-toimage to convert a DICOM file to an image file (you can also see how this is done in its source code).

I also made a small proof-of-concept DICOM image viewer here.
