Supported dynamic title on b657773

Static title doesn't work. If title doesn't change dynamically,
tym ignores config.title or --c:title, so static title doesn't work.
Also, it throw an error:
(tym:10822): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 22:11:15.945: gtk_window_set_title: assertion 'GTK_IS_WINDOW (window)' failed

Sorry, it was kind of a regression caused at 5c1326a#diff-b59ec5175504cda13037ab35f10ac566L84. Fixed in 49fdbd1#diff-b59ec5175504cda13037ab35f10ac566L86
Loading config (context_load()) should not be started before gtk_container_add() because window object is got from VTE object as a parent object.
