Error/Doubt regarding using devstack action to test Ansible roles about devstack-action

I see in https://github.com/jacobdotcosta/k8s-infra/actions/runs/5387886485/jobs/9779814535 that devstack finished correctly:

 This is your host IP address: 10.1.0.45
This is your host IPv6 address: ::1
Keystone is serving at http://10.1.0.45/identity/
The default users are: admin and demo
The password: secret

What did I miss?

I was using the address obtained from OS_AUTH_URL (http://localhost:5000/v3/) as authentication URL.
Using the one obtained from the KEYSTONE_SERVICE_URI does the trick.
