shouldn't it be A.Rec (see the "R") in the second .find() call too?
from ember.js.
No, I'm intentionally finding the same record in the second store. Not the set of all records of that class.

I just ran into this and it seems an issue with the behavior of SC.copy where deep=true. An example:
obj = {"field":null}
Object
field: null
proto: Object
SC.copy( obj, true)
Object
field: Object
proto: Object
SC.copy( obj, false)
Object
field: null
proto: Object
Wondering if this line in _copy and SC.copy:
if ('object' !== typeof obj) return obj;
should be:
if (('object' !== typeof obj) || (obj === null)) return obj;
This fixes the issue for me.

I can confirm that robotony's change fixes my original test case.

Closing this issue in favor of issue #111, which has a pull request.
