You need to include the files from the dist
directory, not the source files.

I have included the main of all the dist directories however now I get
Uncaught ReferenceError: define is not defined
and
Uncaught ReferenceError: require is not defined
from ember-qunit.
You need to use dist/globals/main.js
, not all of the files.
