Feature Request / suggestions about clumsy-bird

This are very nice ideas. My thoughts:

1. I didn't follow this mechanic too well, could you provide me some animation or show some video about this working?

2. The repo already has a flattr button. It allows to people to give some donation to the app, but it doesn't allow to donate money for some feature, but it's a start. That button will definitely come well.

3. this is a great feature, but since this project was created with teaching proposes, i don't think that putting an extra behavior on a clone game will add something up. We can do this in another game, what do you think? I'm porting an old game of mine, called fishboy to HTML5, and i sure accept new ideas.
