The tds_encoding dependency also needs some updates to work with OTP 24 (see #2).
I already submitted a PR for that.
@mjaric Could you merge that and make a new release or should this repo also be transfered? (I could maintain it, if that's okay)

I just released a new version (2.2.0).
When I wanted to update it in one of my projects, I noticed that ecto_sql has the tds version pinned to 2.1.x.
Would it be reasonable to change it to ~> 2.1?
