additional meta tag on sites with yoast about hello-theme

This was introduced in version 2.8.0 2fd20b3

Looks like there are two ways to fix it, either remove your excerpt or remove with this snippet:

	remove_action( 'wp_head', 'hello_elementor_add_description_meta_tag' );

add_action( 'after_setup_theme', 'remove_hello_elementor_description_meta_tag' );

I think this should be added as an optional feature or removed entirely because it doesn't provide a complete SEO solution, this functionality is very easily added with any SEO plugin, this needs to be overridden with a snippet if you do use an SEO plugin therefore requiring a child-theme, snippet plugin, or site utility plugin, Google might not even use your meta description in some instances.

found another instance of multiple meta description tags today in blog posts, not a woocommerce site, using elementor's theme builder to create a single post template for blog posts here, blog post content edited/created in the wordpress gutenberg editor not elementor editor, let me know if you need more details and i will try to provide.
