Cannot print PDF files about browser

I also experience this problem. It does not matter if I print to the CUPS printer string [which clearly is visible] or ask to print to lpr. Interestingly, lpr on the commandline, printing to CUPS' mimicry lpd service, does work perfectly.

This is important yet confusing for end users, which is why I have held off advising Elementary to others who are not so nerdy that they'll work around it. I normally would recommend Elementary to such users on account of its simplicity (and ability to grow accustomed to extras as desired).

This is https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=202363. Until I find time to fix it, there is a workaround that only works for PDF documents: you can download the document and print from evince.

If you need to print something that is not a PDF, I recommend Firefox for now. :/
