It seems you had an answer on github, but the comment disappeard, I don't know why...

**SOLVED: Copy SocketServer and socket from C:\Python27\lib and pasted on the IronPython lib Folder (C:\Program Files\IronPython 2.7\Lib) **
Now works!

Does this fixed the problem?

kind of, it worked very little was very glitchy and then I had to reinstall IronPython (pip and other modules stopped working)

Finally after that i decide to use a Python3 script as main (to handle all OBS - controller communications) and use the IronPython for the DLL management.

I think the problem is with the python "websocket-client" library, not in obs-websocket-py. And it seems others people have problems with this library and ironpython: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/51168508/ironpython-websockets

You should raise the problem directly on their repo: https://github.com/websocket-client/websocket-client/issues

I dont think that the problem is the "websocket-client" because on Python 2.7 it works, i think the problem is iron python implementation of the wbsocket, anyway im going to open an issue and see whats happen.
Sorry for bothering you and i will post the fix if i find one
