Staples print-from-email bug: cannot print PDF filled-in-form data about bug_reports

I'm leaving this feedback to Staples as follows: Staples.com --> "Contact Us" (at bottom) (direct link) --> this tells me:

To leave store feedback, go to Help by clicking on the Question Mark icon in the top right navigation, then scroll to the bottom of the Help drawer and click on the Feedback button.

So, I click the ? mark at the top-right of the website --> click "Feedback" at the very bottom --> I chose "Print and Marketing Services" from the feedback type option. Here is what I just wrote to them:

Bug report for software team: filled-out PDFs are not printable because they don't print the filled-in data. See my full bug report here: #2 (comment)
