In the region that I ran on t2 instances were not available

❯ aws ec2 describe-instance-types | grep t2 | wc -l
0

and so i had to change the instance types for etcd and master nodes, and bastion host to t3 instead.

❯ aws ec2 describe-instance-types | grep t3 | wc -l
7

Also if i'm not mistaken, the docs for aws is written using the old style where we have the inventory in the kubespray repo instead of the ck8s config repo.
