I'm happy to collaborate. Currently I'm looking at the midnight forecast bug, a rare bug where the list of sites is instead None (issue 43) and I've had a quick look at the observation code.

The documentation isn't building automatically, which may be related to the GitHub services deprecation, or one of the other changes readthedocs made (https://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/webhooks.html#webhook-creation). It would be good to sort this out, and I'm happy to have a look at it.
