Slowdown and error when entering the date manually about angular-datetime

I am sorry for omitting it on report -- Firefox 47 (on openSUSE 13.2). Just for the record I also checked Chromium 51, there is also error, but more readable -- "NUMBER_TOOSHORT", and it is triggered for intermediate value "2" (of the day).

Is it slow in other browsers too?

No, so far I only encountered it in Firefox (and at my page, when I have more controls -- and also as I wrote only for this event, initial typing in two digits).

Does it happen on plunker?

If it works fine on the plunker, I guess there are some heavy calculation in your code which is triggered by empty model. That is, angular-datetime will set model to undefined when error occurs.
