FSTR() is a macro that for AVR stores strings in Flash to save RAM. For Other ports strings are stored in RAM.

Defining FSTR() to nothing means all format strings are removed from the binary. That is, all string formatting in file system commands and other places will have their format string removed and will fail.

The linker script for ESP stores the rodata section in RAM, but it should be possible to store them in Flash instead by adding the -mforce-l32 compilation option and make a small modification to the linker script. I'll look into it...

I'll do the same fix on the master branch. Thanks.

Implemented and pushed. String literals are now put in the .rodata section. It does not save any RAM because both .rodata and .data sections are mapped to RAM.
