not retina ready? about atom-replacement-icon

Hmmm, not quite sure what this image is showing. The icon should be retina ready. Here's a screenshot showing the @2x versions in IconSlate:

I dont know how to fix. but it does not look retina ready after "install"

I'm not 100% sure how to fix it either. You could try clearing your icon cache:

sudo find /private/var/folders/ -name com.apple.dock.iconcache -exec rm {} \;

and then restarting. I'm going to mark this closed since I don't believe it's an issue with the icon it self. Feel free to reopen if you find that it is.

I did the "install" the same way with this icon and its working, so something have to be wrong with your icon set.. sry

Strange. The icon here works great for me on retina. Here's an image:

I can't actually see how the Atom icon there is different in your screenshot. Can you re-upload it to imgur so it doesn't get compressed?

What might be happening is icons can get randomly pixelated in Mac OS X. It could be that. Did you try resetting the icon cache and restarting?

it works in cmd-tab view but in finder and in dock it does't look good 😢

I'm glad it sort of works. I don't know why it would look good in Cmd-Tab but not the Dock. If I find anything I'll update here. If someone else is having this issue or knows how to fix it please comment.
